The hotel was surprisingly comfortable, clean, and warm, offering a free breakfast that was decent for the price. While the decor was outdated and parking posed a challenge, the friendly staff and great location made my stay enjoyable. Perfect for a couple of nights with family.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with a few couples, and the family room was cozy and clean. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Opera House Theatre, which is just a short walk away. The host was very cute.
My wife says that the restroom facilities could use some modernization for families.

The hotel was welcoming and clean, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to local attractions like the Blackpool Tower and Coral Island. The room had all basic amenities including a TV and a kettle for tea and coffee.
The decor is a bit dated.

Great location and helpful staff
I had a lovely stay with my family, the location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The owner was incredibly friendly and even offered assistance with our bags during check-in. the decor felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing.

The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the piers. I loved being able to park my disability scooter in the foyer, charge it overnight, and enjoy a spacious en-suite with a jacuzzi bath.

Had a great time with my friends. The location was perfect for hitting up the local nightlife, and we also checked out the nearby park golf club which was a blast. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and the wifi worked great. Just a heads up, the beds can be a bit creaky!
One downside was that the room had a metal bed frame that was pretty noisy when moving around. It didn't ruin our stay, but it was noticeable, especially if you're a light sleeper.

I had a fantastic time here! The heater in our room was a lovely touch since it was pretty chilly outside, and I was really grateful when the owner quickly fetched me a pair of jeans after I left mine behind. The only downside was that the bathroom could use a little sprucing up, but it was all good fun overall. I’d recommend this spot to anyone! 😊

A real lifesaver!
Went for New Year's and it was a bit crazy! I forgot my jeans and couldn’t get into clubs with trackies, lol. The owner was super cool though. he got me a new pair in my size from a buddy's place! he hooked us up with a heater because it was freezing. The bar area was nice too, but the room wasn’t anything special.
